This website has no accounts and no newsletter signup. The contact form is described in the section below. If you email us instead, you choose what to send; that correspondence is handled as a business enquiry.

Our hosting provider may process technical logs (for example IP address, user-agent, requested URL, and timestamp) to operate and secure the site. We do not use those logs to profile visitors or to build marketing audiences.

The contact form collects your name, organization, email address, and message. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry.

The lawful basis is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)) in answering a business enquiry you chose to send.

Email delivery is handled by Resend. Outbound form email is dispatched from Resend's EU (Ireland) region; Resend account data, email metadata, logs, and API records remain US-resident. The subprocessor entry is on the Trust page.

We retain form submissions for 12 months after the last correspondence, then delete them, unless we still need them for an ongoing discussion or a legal claim. To request deletion, email info@powerintel.co.

Operating and securing the website is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). We keep that processing to what is needed to deliver the pages and to investigate abuse.

If you contact us by email, we process that correspondence to respond to your request — pre-contractual steps or legitimate interest in conducting our business, depending on the enquiry.

This website does not deploy analytics, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. We do not use Google Analytics, Plausible, PostHog, or equivalent tools.

We do not set marketing or preference cookies. Any cookie a browser stores in connection with this site would be a strictly technical artefact of delivery, not a measurement product we have turned on.

If GDPR applies to you, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or objection, and you may request portability of data you have provided, in each case within the limits of the regulation.
