The Wall of Vibecoding
Tools like Claude, Cursor, and Lovable are extraordinary. Anyone can prompt their way to a shiny, single-page demo in an afternoon. But the magic stops at 80%.
When you try to add a database, integrate complex APIs, or scale past a few files, you hit the wall. The AI loses context, overwrites working logic, and hallucinates fixes that break two other features.
- You can't prompt your way through a data model you've never designed.
- You can't fix a deployment failure in server logs you don't know how to read.
- You can't protect high-blast-radius files without defining and enforcing stable architectural seams.
Giving someone a commercial kitchen doesn't make them a head chef.AI power tools didn't turn everyone into a systems architect. They just made bad building faster.
Vibecoding vs Trellis VI
Same tools. A different way through the wall.
01You start with
Vibecoding courseAn idea and a chat window
Trellis VIA data model and a system you've drawn on paper
02You work by
Vibecoding courseAsking, reading, asking again
Trellis VIDirecting a build across sessions, with structure that holds context
03When it breaks
Vibecoding courseYou paste the error back in and hope
Trellis VIYou read the logs, find the cause, and tell the model what to fix
04You ship

Theory, practice and workshops
01
Systems Architecture First
The Shift: Stop treating AI as a magic box. Learn the Technical Program Manager (TPM) methodology to sketch relational data models, API limits, and backend logic before generating any code.
Outcome: You will architect a bulletproof system blueprint that dictates exactly how the AI will build your app.
02
The Trellis Context Environment
The Shift: Ditch chaotic chat windows. You will set up your digital workspace using the exact Trellis project setup, integrating automated GitHub context syncing and initial project bootstrap artifacts.
Outcome: You ship a baseline project to a live public URL, fully wired for persistent AI context.
03
Context Engineering & AI Orchestration
The Shift: Learn why AI models suffer from amnesia and how to prevent it. You will implement RULES.md, define stable architectural seams, and master Cursor-to-Claude session handoff protocols.
Outcome: You can direct AI agents to build multi-day, complex features without the codebase collapsing.
04
Relational Data & State Management
The Shift: AI is notoriously bad at unprompted schema design. Learn to build and enforce strict database structures (via Supabase) that scale seamlessly.
Outcome: A production-ready custom database.
Business Track: Defining your high-ticket freelance ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
05
Production Infrastructure & CI/CD
The Shift: Moving from a local prototype to a secure, live environment. Connect heavy-duty plumbing like Vercel, manage environment variables securely, and handle authentication.
Outcome: Your application is wired for professional user traffic.
Business Track: Structuring your automation and maintenance retainer pricing.
06
Advanced Debugging & Log Reading
The Shift: Stop blindly re-prompting errors. Learn to read server logs, identify failure points in AI-generated code, and issue surgical, targeted fixes.
Outcome: You can confidently troubleshoot live production bugs.
Business Track: Mastering the mid-market client sales conversation.
07
The Production Sprint
The Shift: A live, structured hackathon executing the audit-prompt-implement-audit-fix loop. Receive real-time architectural feedback on your specific build.
Outcome: Your custom software is real, functional, and deployed.
08
The Agency Launch
The Shift: Transition from builder to business owner. Package your live software as undeniable proof of your engineering capability.
Outcome: You leave with a polished technical portfolio and your first live client proposals underway.
What you leave with
A live, shipped system.
A real product running in production, powered by a database you designed, and used by people who aren't you.
A repeatable build method.
You'll master the Trellis VI framework end-to-end. Your next idea won't start from a blank prompt — you'll have a proven, scalable system to execute it.
A validated, priced offer.
You'll know exactly what you're selling, who you're selling it to, what it costs, and you'll have real sales conversations already underway.
By the end of this course, you'll be leaving with the meta-skill to tackle the hottest niche in the current market.
Who this is for
This is for you if
- 01You're genuinely interested in AI assisted development
- 02You want a skill you can actively monetize
- 03You've ideally used AI to build before but hit a ceiling
- 04You have 10-15 hours a week to commit
This is not for you if
- 01You're looking for a magic button
- 02You're not particularly interested in building with AI
- 03You don't have at least basic computer skills
- 04You're only looking to learn the basics to build landing pages or simple sites
Who teaches it

Antoine Morlet
Founder of Trellis VI AI assisted development framework
Founder of PowerIntel, Providens SRM AI and Loopwell.io
I spent ten years in banking, regulatory transformation, and fintech. As a technical program manager, I sat directly between the engineers and the business, translating the needs of one into the language of the other.
That career taught me the exact principle this course is built on: you don't need to write the code to direct the build. You just need to hold the whole system in your head and know exactly where it breaks. My job was always to take a vague idea and turn it into a concrete system that others could execute.
When ChatGPT arrived in 2022, the writing was on the wall. This technology would change everything, but only for the people who learned to harness it properly.
So, I left. Today, I build software for clients on monthly retainers, I work entirely for myself, and I moved my family across the world simply because I could.
Trellis VI is the exact system I use to do this work. This is where I teach it.
From past cohorts
As a Quality team leader for one of Europe's largest fintechs, Trellis VI has been a game changer in the way I build automations for me and my team. Before, they looked like good prototypes. Now they run and work in production.
I work for a large furniture and home good chain in Australia. What changed is what I do for them, because I first used to be in the mattress section as a sales rep. Now I still work there, except I'm building a client volume forecast automation for them.
I've used AI for several years. For simple apps, Cursor worked pretty well but as soon as I aimed at more complex code, it was almost impossible to deploy anything in production that would either work properly or work at all. I've spent a considerable amount of money on learning AI skills but the Trellis VI goes beyond that as it teaches you all its silent limitations and how to work around them to produce something meaningful. I can't recommend it enough.
The Week 4 Checkpoint Guarantee
We treat this cohort like a serious engineering environment, not a passive video course. By Week 4, you will hit our Midway Operational Checkpoint, where you will have successfully built:
- 01Core Context & Architecture Setup: Your project repo wired with automated context files preventing AI context collapse.
- 02Working Data Layer: A custom-designed database schema running live in Supabase—not a temporary prototype.
- 03The Offer Draft: A clearly defined target client and initial service package for your freelance business.
The Checkpoint Promise (or your money back)
Do the work, complete the assignments, and hit the Week 4 checkpoint. If you don't possess these three foundational assets, or you don't feel the framework will get you to a production build by Week 8, we refund your investment in full.
